Ascent Bodywork came to fruition after Ali graduated from the Lotus School of Integrated Professions in Richmond, VA in 2020: the year that reminded us of the importance of both human touch and social interaction, among many other things.
Upon recognizing the need for touch and holding space for others, Ali has vowed to create such a space; a place where touch is healing for all people.

You can expect to find an inviting and accepting environment here at Ascent - all are welcome. Each session begins with a pre-consultation to determine your needs and address any concerns you may have. Remember, this is your time, and each session is catered to you.; feeling safe and comfortable is of utmost importance. We will end the session with a post-consultation to see how you feel and what else we may be able to add to your next session to further enhance your experience.
